Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS STM (Kit Lens)

The lens that came with my 70D. It has the stepper motor (STM) for near silent auto-focus, and gives me a good taste for everything the camera has to offer. A perfectly fine first lens.

(Purchased with a lens hood and UV filter mainly for protection. No telling how many times I going to bang it around, with no proper photographer instincts in me.)

Canon EF 40mm f/2.8 STM

The extremely tiny pancake lens that I'm using as my first prime. (So tiny, even Amazon couldn't get normal sized pic.) Bought over the cheaper 50mm f/1.8 prime lens because of the STM feature that my 70D can take advantage of, and because it gives me more justification to get a 50mm f/1.4 or 50mm f/1.2 lens when the time comes for a more low-light oriented lens.
